I'm expected at work to schedule anywhere from 10-12 people in rotating assigments. I have an Excel template that I print out, fill in with pencil, and keyboard later. My problem is that I usually have to revise the schedule several times for various reasons (careless errors, last minute staff illness, relative incompetence of certain employees at particular assignments, spreading out difficulty/stress level, etc.)

What I'd like is a MagnaTag magnetic schedule board, where I could shift worker's names around in assignment slots like game pieces. But I want to emulate this on a Mac. Any suggestions? Is there a customizable spreadsheet with click-and-drag tokens?
